If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility Period

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.


2. Conditions for Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The item arrived defective, damaged, or was incorrectly shipped.
  • The request is submitted within 60 days of delivery.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return or refund.


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return, please email us at support@somnipal.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return or refund
  • Photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with clear instructions on how to proceed.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item), SomniPal covers the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used plush toys (for hygiene and safety reasons)
